It's a pastry bar that provides excellent breakfasts... delicious catering and always friendly service... moreover it's a non-profit organization... it's worth a visit... and then it reminds me of the true flavor of the Biciolani biscuits from Vercelli...

Good pastries, both dry and fresh, classic preparations with some pleasant variations. Service sometimes a little congested, but staff always efficient and helpful.

20 febbraio: giorno del mio compleanno. Non ho avuto tempo di preparare in casa una torta per i festeggiamenti con mia moglie, così decidiamo di provare Il Mattarello, da anni conosciuta e apprezzata come pasticceria socio occupazionale.. In vetrina torte stupende, rifinite in maniera eccellente...da foto! Scelgo la torta ai 3 cioccolati (si, lo ammetto: il cioccolato è la mia...droga!). A casa: un successo, deliziosa, tenera, squisita...cosa devo aggiungere? Fatevi voi un'idea osservando la foto che allego e che, inviata a parenti e amici, ha raccolto una serie di wow da parte di tutti.... Per chi conosce già questa bella realtà a Vercelli non sarà una novità: per chi non la conosce, questa mia è un forte invito a provare questa bella cooperativa, perché, oltre all'impegno sociale, si distingue per elevata qualità e presentazione dei dessert. BRAVI!!!
