On Saturday, November 8th, after searching in vain for a restaurant to eat at—everyone required reservations—I entered this place with a great deal of skepticism, partly because I didn't expect to find a table and partly because it mistakenly looked like a diner. Upon entering, I was struck by the elegance and courtesy. We had a wonderful lunch: fried zucchini flowers, a pumpkin pie, and cappellacci alla Ferrarese with ragù. Everything was excellent. The price was fair. Highly recommended.

A historic place in Ferrara, now managed by the Bocciofila staff. We recently went for lunch with friends, and I have to say I was very disappointed. The food was poor, the food was average, and the prices were high for an osteria. Perhaps a little too uniform in the center and lower quality than the original "il Boccio" restaurant. PS: I should add that I ate a dish that was practically a taste, and if a dish like that leaves the kitchen and arrives at the table after at least three people have noticed it without commenting, something is wrong. 🤷‍♂️ I'm always ready to change my mind, but this is my recent experience. A lovely place with indoor and outdoor seating. We dined here, sampling traditional dishes with generous portions and quality ingredients. Friendly and helpful staff, moderate prices. Reservations are recommended.

Nothing special! The pumpkins were full of oil and tasteless... even the cutlet wasn't very good!

I went to this place tonight for an aperitivo with a friend, and I have to say it was a perfect experience. The service was impeccable, the drinks were excellent, and the appetizers were delicious and varied. The atmosphere was truly pleasant, perfect for a quiet chat. I'll definitely be back! !

A wonderful place with a cozy atmosphere and delicious Italian cuisine. We were there twice and liked everything very much. Not all the waiters speak English well, but we managed to agree on everything and order everything. Amazingly delicious ravioli with asparagus and zucchini flowers. We will definitely visit this place again
