A wonderful discovery! There were eight of us, and we each ordered different dishes... Some had a first course, some a second course, some no pizza at all... In the end, everyone's opinions were human. The food was excellent, and the beer was amazing!!! We'll definitely be back. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Beautiful experience, excellent products, kind and prepared service

I had dinner at Birroteca Fermentazione Spontanee in Iglesias and it was truly a wonderful discovery. The place is charming and unique, with a heated, welcoming, and comfortable room, ideal for enjoying a relaxing evening. Upon entering, the spectacular display case on the ancient floor is immediately striking, an original and fascinating detail. The painting of different types of moss, in different colors and sizes, hanging on the wall, is also beautiful, as is the mural at the entrance to the room, which gives character and personality to the space. The service was fast and professional: the great expertise and passion in presenting the dishes are clearly evident. Special thanks to Giovanni, the waiter, for his excellent advice on pairings with the excellent craft beers, explained with great skill. The pizzas (and pizza pinzas) are truly delicious: light and digestible dough, excellent presentation, and toppings with attention to the smallest details. The combinations of fresh ingredients are original, balanced, and absolutely spot-on, enhancing each individual dish. I recommend this place without hesitation. A truly positive experience, definitely worth repeating!

Very satisfied, only two suggestions that would perhaps attract more customers: add a second choice for the first and second course of the business lunch for those with special needs, such as allergies, and also offer more choices for first and second courses on the à la carte menu for those who are vegetarian/vegan (which is not the case for me).

Open in the middle of November with a few locals, we enjoyed a very nice piece of meat accompanied by a good Sardinian wine. For dessert, a rather surprising tiramisu, somewhat deconstructed but very good. A varied menu, also available in French.

Excellent meat, top desserts. I recommend the dry-aged meat. I highly recommend it.
