The restaurant's formula is simple and effective: a relaxed atmosphere, good food, and friendly staff. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the big screen, which is the exact opposite of what I'd expect when dining with friends. However, you can go down a few steps and retreat to a more intimate room where you can chat and eat more comfortably. The portions are generous and the beers are good; even the Ostia location, though small, lives up to the expectations of other Roman Birrifugi.

Great place. Very tasty craft beer🤌🏻The food is delicious, the meat is juicy, the portions are good. We had a burger and pork, and we really liked it (the burger was huge).

If you're thinking of trying beer (and when I say beer, I mean the kind made with malt, hops, and yeast), this is the place to be. Quality guaranteed. A must-visit.

Since there are no stars for the "Beer" category, I'll give it five stars. The place delivers on its promise (which is no small feat these days): a selection of excellent craft beers (two Franconian gems, including a Schlenkerla) in an intimate, traditional, all-wood space that transports you from Ostia to Andalo in a matter of minutes. A remarkable exception in the world of craft beer bars, this one is entirely run by women who welcomed and pampered us with a truly delicious dinner, served with a kindness and politeness that we've unfortunately become unaccustomed to in the Rome area. Excellent; if you're in the area and love real craft beer, it's worth a try.
