This brewery is in a secluded location, a small, quiet place where you can relax away from the noise and bustle. The beers are truly delicious, crafted with care and passion, and you can immediately taste the quality. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and dogs are also welcome, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. The food is good, but it would be nice to have more options for those of us who, like us, abstain from eating meat for ethical reasons. After all, if dogs are allowed among us, it would be right to have more tasty options without using other living beings. The shop selling the brewery's products is small but interesting, with reasonable prices, although perhaps they could be a little lower, since everything comes directly from the producers, meaning "zero kilometer." Overall, it's a great experience: quality beers, good food, a quiet and welcoming place, and the option of bringing your four-legged friends along. With a few more meat-free dishes, this brewery would become truly special and suitable for everyone.

A regular stop at the outlet when I vacation in Val di Fiemme. The beers are truly excellent; you take home a piece of the valley!

An enviable location, many products are made in-house and they resell some. Perfect for a quick, informal meal. Generous portions and good prices. The only downside is that they can be a bit disorganized when it's crowded. But it's worth a visit, especially for the excellent beer they brew.

I stopped for lunch with three kids who don't like speck, but the one cooked in a sandwich is amazing even for them. I got a trout sandwich and could have eaten two, amazing!! Next time I'll walk back for a snack (3:00 PM) so I don't have to stop at eighth grade ✌️
