Birrificio Abruzzese In Castel di sangro

We visited this place, which we hadn't seen before, on the recommendation of a colleague, and it was a real discovery! The selection of beers is excellent and varied, with Master Brewer Totò able to guide us toward the best choices for our tastes. The beers can be paired with expertly prepared platters, pinsa (a typical Italian dish), and sandwiches. The staff is punctual and knowledgeable. A special mention goes to Chef Emanuele, who personally selects top-quality ingredients and manages large workloads independently, always maintaining high quality.

The beer is good, and the sandwiches and pinsas are also very good; the selection of beers is varied, especially the hoppy ones, which I believe are their strong point; well done guys, keep it up!

A wonderful experience in the heart of the Abruzzo mountains. Totò, an expert brewer, produces excellent quality beers. The place offers a wide selection of locally sourced craft beers and excellent food to accompany them. Highly recommended!
