A stop along the Cortina-Calalzo cycle path. Excellent service and good-quality food. It's about 400 meters from the cycle path, but with a significant elevation gain, it offers a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo and Mount Antelao.

Highly recommended if you're visiting this area! Very friendly staff, and the food is exquisite. I would highly recommend the goulash dish (without the mashed potatoes, which were a bit off) and the beef chunks. Both dishes were very, very good. The apple dessert looked delicious, but we didn't try it.

Exceptional brewery! The food is truly excellent and the drinks are even better. The dishes are simple yet refined, with typical mountain flavors! I recommend the 250g super wustel or the Bauce plate for the truly adventurous and connoisseurs. The staff is the best I've encountered so far: young people eager to work!

Conosciamo questo posto da anni. Già la penultima volta non eravamo stati soddisfatti ma dopo ieri sera credo non torneremo. Prezzi alti per la tipologia di offerta e non di grande qualità. Ieri 2 zuppe e un tegamino con uova patate e speck €45 Nessun contorno solo una bottiglia di acqua.Che e’ tanto pensando che le patate del tegamino erano patate stick da fare fritte. Non buono il piatto quando ovunque intorno, per quella cifra, nel piatto offrono 2 uova su un letto di patate fresche a fette.

Spesso vengo a pranzare qui dopo una passeggiata in montagna con la mia famiglia. Ed è sempre un piacere tornarci. Da Bauce offre un ampio menu e tutto di qualità dagli affettati, ai toast, ai funghi e polenta e ovviamente le immancabili carni. In primavera-estate è piacevole mangiare fuori perché i tavoli sono ampi, sotto una tettoia che copre dal sole e affacciati alle montagne. Anche dentro è molto carino con stile tipico montanaro. Ci sono anche delle tv che trasmettono partite di calcio ecc.. consiglio i funghi, affettati, carni…qualsiasi cosa mangiate è davvero buona e anche da bere troverete ottime birre. Super consigliato! Unica pecca è un po’ il parcheggio e la strada per arrivarci..per il resto top!
