reading some ambivalent reviews about this place, I decided to go in person to evaluate, given that it is located in a very convenient place on the SS36. As soon as I arrive, I immediately notice the sign outside that says "staff wanted". despite this, I find a young, willing and welcoming staff, they make me sit right away. observing the service a little, I notice that despite the difficulties in managing such a large place with so few people, the boys and girls work really hard to ensure that you don't miss anything, they are attentive and precise, which is to be recognized. evidently those who write negative reviews have never worked in catering and have no idea what it means to manage a restaurant, especially on weekends. as regards the quality of the food, I think it is really excellent, from the pinsas (especially the gourmet ones) to the various tagliatelle. average price. I highly recommend!

Difficile dare una valutazione precisa. É un locale per famiglie, la qualità del cibo non è eccelse, ma comunque sufficiente. Eccezionale il servizio, iperprestanti, mai avuto delle portate servite così velocemente, tempi da fast-food. Numerosissimo personale in sala, forse pure troppo per una serata con così poca gente. Abbiamo ordinato anelli di cipolla come antipasto, poi una pinsa e una costata e 3 coca cole in lattina.. Gli anelli di cipolla ci sono stati serviti dopo la costata e la pinsa ( da segnalare che la costata e la pinsa saranno arrivati nemmeno 6/7 minuti dopo l'ordine). La pinsa, nonostante forno elettrico era molto buona, curioso l'abbinamento mirtilli con porcini, ottima la fragranza dell'impasto, la costata invece è stata una grossa delusione. L'avevo chiesta al sangue, purtroppo però è arrivata praticamente cruda, tanto che è stato molto difficoltoso il taglio, causato anche da coltelli non idonei. Nota positiva, la serata cervellone, premi carini e tanto divertimento. Peccato per le poche squadre partecipanti , prezzi un po' cari per la qualità altalenante ma locale idoneo per le comitive.
