The beautiful gazebo overlooking the valley 🌄 is eye-catching, and a hot polenta is a must-try on a cool winter day ❄️. Various types of beer 🍺, there's something for everyone. The meatballs 🧆 and polenta 🥘 are not bad, although it must be said that the sausage in the photo on the menu actually turns into two small pieces on the plate 🤏. Prices are more or less in line (but the sausage cries out 😑).

We stopped here in August. Unfortunately, due to the terrible weather, we couldn't enjoy the splendid view, but we consoled ourselves with some excellent craft beers, so good we even bought some to take home. Debora and the guy who was with her were very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is simple and informal, and in addition to the excellent beer, we also had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend it!

A lovely place on the main street of the village, family-run by Debora, who produces and sells her truly exceptional craft beer. You absolutely have to try them; you can't miss out on such good beers... excellent food and lovely people... I highly recommend them; if you go to Caramanico, you have to stop by and eat and drink there.

We stopped in looking for a quick, good meal. The sandwich was good, the service was very quick, and the view from the patio in front was beautiful. The beer was good. The girl who served us and the lady at the cash register were friendly.

A book-worthy beer, Cuore. A simple, informal place, yet rich in substance. Here, the welcome is made of genuine friendliness and good manners that aren't learned from textbooks but are experienced daily. The beer? Unforgettable. Not just for the taste, but for the soul it brings. A special mention goes to the girl who handles service: a barely perceptible shyness that dissolves into a sincere smile and natural charm. Nobel Prize-winning, truly. Postscript: I've read some negative reviews about this place. Legitimate, sure, but sometimes disrespectful. Taste is personal, and not everything can please everyone, but there are ways and ways to express yourself. Destroying with a keyboard is easy, too easy. Recounting reality honestly is another matter. We're not in Cortina, we're not in the Dolomites: we're in Caramanico Terme, where authenticity doesn't need stagecraft. And here, those who work here know their job well. With dignity, commitment, and respect.
