Dinner with friends and pizza pick-up in the restaurant. We got pizza by the meter. The dough was fragrant, well-risen, dry but not dry. The filling made with care and very rich and abundant. The grilled vegetables were very good (certainly prepared by them because they did not have the aftertaste of preserved vegetables). The reviews are mixed. Personally I was fully satisfied and will return.

I don't know anything about the environment because our experience is home-based. They are very fast, always with hot food and fresh drinks/ice cream to taste. An applause for the lightness of the fried nuggets 🍟 in general. Plus they are available so if you prefer pizza-type bread instead of hamburger bread, or don't like certain sauces, they will try to satisfy you. Since September '24 an always positive experience!

24/04/2025: I have been a customer of this pizzeria since 2015. I'll start by saying that they were always super both in service and in pizza. Super large and plentiful of ingredients. However, today the situation has changed. And I'm not referring to the smallest pizza, because that can fit. The problem is that the pizza dough has really changed and I'm sorry to say it but it's rubbery and raw inside. Today we are in 2025 and there is a whole culture on how to make a digestible, well-leavened and well-cooked dough without burning the pizza. The pizza chef may have changed, I don't know... but you can feel the difference. This is why I decided to write this review. I hope you can improve the pizza and perfect it and make it one of the best here in Trieste, as it once was. I will try again in the future and hope to find a good pizza again.
