It's truly a temple of meat. There's little more to say. The quality is top-notch and it shows. The products are exceptional. The meat is fantastic. I'm a regular customer and have tried more than one sandwich...they're all fantastic. The wait sometimes seems interminable, but it's always worth it. The fried food is also highly recommended, especially the pistachio and mortadella frittata and the meatballs with fondue...exceptional.

the best rib-eye steak (T-bone) I have ever eaten, aged for 120 days, perfectly cooked and melting in the mouth, the experience was expensive, almost 100 euros per kg, but absolutely worth it.

ho mangiato un panino veramente buono, con prodotti di qualita' eccelsa, servizio eccellente e location molto bella, quindi secondo me si paga il giusto, per rispondere a qualche commento negativo sui prezzi, dimenticavo, i dolci squisiti in particolare il tronchetto mele e cannella davvero particolare, complimenti al ragazzo di soli 21 anni che li compone.

I went to Bif in the company of my children, who I already frequented. I immediately noticed attentive, polite and qualified staff both in the dining room and at the counter. The meat is excellent, the fried food is dry and crunchy, the desserts are good.
