Guidati falla voglia di carne veniamo dirottati verso BIF. Il locale è semplice e ben curato e ci accoglie il proprietario in modo cortese e presente. Dopo aver visto il menù chiediamo informazioni e il proprietario ci spiega tutto in modo esperto e molto paziente. Optiamo per una Pork Ribs e un Cuore di Rib Eye con eventuali contorni. Da bere una birra e del vino rosso alla mescita. Il proprietario molto cortese mi dà informazioni riguardo al vino servito e mi fa anche assaggiare altre eventuali opzioni, soluzione molto apprezzata ma non scontata. la qualità della carne è ottima, direi quasi inutili eventuali salse aggiuntive. Da ritornarci sicuramente, consigliatissimo!!!!

When you're tired of pizza and pasta and you want a MEAT break, this is the place to come, it's very good, the wine is excellent and above all served at the right temperature 👍, the staff is really nice. The waitress is great, she takes the time to chat and advise. The atmosphere is a little calm but we came here to treat our taste buds not to party so the contract is fulfilled.

Really excellent food, quick service and friendly staff, only piece of advice: I took the bif sandwich (exceptional) but there was no "menu" option with the chips which I would instead include, instead of taking the chips separately with the sauces that obviously it costs a little more, otherwise everything is excellent, highly recommended!

Very good dinner and very kind staff, we were served with care and speed. The menu has a wide choice and the value for money as well as the portions are excellent! The ribs are really excellent!!

The best restaurant in catania!!!
We were greeted by a well mannered lady, the drinks where super fast and the food was cooked to the perfection, delicious, the meat is cooked perfect as we wanted and the jacket potatoes with cheese was so delicious. Value for the money we payed.

When I called to book, I asked if there was the possibility of cooking a first course for my baby.
Even though the owner didn't have it on the menu, he got me the pasta, allowing me to dine with them.
This is what describes true hospitality!!!!
The food is top just like the service!
