We had lunch today and had canedarlotti and fettuccine with white ragù. I have to say they were excellent. The service was also excellent.

Trattoria Biancospino, a wonderful experience!!! We were welcomed by Roberto, a pleasant and friendly man, and we felt right at home! Beautiful, quiet place, fantastic, and above all delicious dishes. If we have the opportunity to come to Trento again, we'll definitely be back!!!

Passing through Bologna on our way to Andalo, we stopped at this cozy trattoria for a quick dinner. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was quick and good, and the service was top-notch thanks to Roberto's friendliness and attentiveness, which made us feel at home. We'll definitely be back! 👍

We found it by chance and were warmly welcomed by the very kind and helpful staff. The tuna was top-quality, paired wonderfully with vegetables and passion fruit; while the roast veal was so tender it melted in your mouth. We were satisfied. The quality/price ratio was also excellent.

We were lucky enough to have found this amazing restaurant. The food here was fantastic, in our 1 week so far it has been the best meal. We enjoyed the deer pasta and the mozzarella, zucchini and speck pasta! The Speck pasta was recommended by Lorenzo and it was incredible! I highly recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed the hawthorn, but we had a service issue (our online order hadn't arrived in the kitchen), but the service apologized and very humbly admitted their mistake and offered us wine (and a prosciutto platter). Very professional, with a touch of friendliness and thoughtfulness (attending to the tables and checking if everything was okay) is something I really appreciate. Otherwise, everything was absolutely top-notch: very good food, a tidy location, a very family-friendly atmosphere, and a very fair price. We were just passing through; I don't know if I'll ever return, but I definitely recommend it!

01/01/2026: The atmosphere is very refined and charming, the service is efficient, and the staff is friendly. The food overall is good, especially the char. I have to criticize the Uruguayan sirloin because, based on how it's described on the menu and the price, I expect a bone-in cut, which would objectively be more prestigious. Instead, I felt like the long description of the cut only served to justify the price. Overall, I recommend it because we ate well.

18/01/2026: I stayed at the agriturismo for five nights with my brother for a skiing holiday. The experience was excellent in every way. The property is located a 15-20 minute drive from the Folgarida ski lifts, making it easy to access the Madonna di Campiglio ski area. As for the actual stay, we opted for half-board, with delicious breakfasts and dinners featuring local products, and the wellness area, which in addition to a sauna and Turkish bath, also features a relaxing outdoor hot tub. As if that weren't enough, the welcome exceeded all expectations: thank you so much Fabiana, Michele, and Daniel, you made us feel right at home!
15/01/2026: Special thanks to Fabiana, Michele, and Daniel for making us feel at home! The perfect location for a winter ski holiday. The property features a very convenient ski room. The ski lifts are a quick drive away, and after a day on the slopes, a rejuvenating spa awaits you, complete with an outdoor hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, herbal teas, and apple juice. If, like us, you choose half-board, you'll be amazed by the variety and quality of the traditional dishes served. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and we applaud the choice of mattresses and pillows. Thank you for pampering us for five days!
