I love pinsa and they make it divine here, the dough is literally perfect, cooked to perfection and the toppings are all really delicious, for me the best pinsa in Livorno

The blonde girl serving us wasn’t even looking at us while serving (most probably cause we are tourists). Not even a smile. The food was good but didn’t really enjoy the vibes.

A good pinsa in Livorno. In the summer, you can eat outside in the alley. The pinsa is good, very crispy. I would have appreciated a little more choice in flavors, but that might be my issue with the flavors available at the time. The prices are more than fair.

25/10/2025: Even though it is very central, we discovered it by chance because the ferry to Sardinia had not left due to bad weather. We found home-made Neapolitan cuisine.
18/10/2025: Small family owned business. Don’t be fooled by the looks, the food is magnificent. Fresh, tasty and plentiful. Unfortunately, my husband and I finished most of our food and forgot to take more photos. The lasagna is outstanding. If you’re in the area try. Nice place to sit outside and people watch.
