I went to the store to do some shopping and found the sales assistants, Anna and Pina, available to offer various product suggestions for a gift. They offered me a tasting of the new Stranger Thing coffee, of which I bought a jar along with other purchases. I will return for more purchases.

This was my second visit to the shop, and the experience was just as good as the first. The staff provided excellent customer service — they were attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The products are high quality, well presented, and reasonably priced. A consistently reliable place to shop. You can also get a specific receipt of your purchase to claim the sale taxes back at the airport.

Bialetti is one of the most famous Italian brands, created in 1933 when Alfonso Bialetti invented the Moka pot that became a symbol of Italian coffee culture all over the world. The classic design was simple, strong, and made to last I still have some of the very old models at home. But honestly, the quality today is not the same as before. I bought a new coffee maker here and the aluminum feels lighter and weaker compared to the old ones. It seems like now the company focuses more on performance claims and printing collaborations with different brands on their products, rather than keeping the same solid quality they were once known for. Still, Bialetti remains an iconic name, but more for its history than for what you get today.

Staff is very helpful and lovely, the collection is wide and changes every so often.
