I had a fantastic experience at the Bialetti store near the Lecce Cathedral. After several attempts, I discovered that the 2-cup induction moka pot wouldn't work on my stovetop, simply because the burner is too large for the diameter of the moka pot. Despite the problem, the staff at the store (Giovanna first and foremost) were exceptional: very kind, patient, and super professional. They demonstrated truly rare customer care, working with me to find the best solution. In the end, we decided to switch products: I opted for a capsule machine and paid only the price difference—a truly convenient option! Plus, with my purchase, I received 64 free capsules, with the option to choose the flavors I wanted. An added bonus I wasn't expecting! A truly positive experience. Kudos to the staff for their attention and helpfulness!
