Bialetti In Como

We visited the Bialetti store in Como yesterday. We were greeted by Marika, a kind, sweet, and helpful young woman. We asked her a few questions about spiced coffees, and she answered them very professionally. She even offered us an excellent chocolate and hazelnut coffee, which I later purchased. A truly positive experience.

I had a great experience visiting the Bialetti shop in Como. The store is well organized, with a wide selection of Bialetti products — from their classic moka pots to accessories and coffee. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. A perfect stop for anyone who loves Italian coffee and wants authentic Bialetti quality.

I was visiting Como and got to this small shop. I found very nice moka pot, but surely all of them looks solid and have good variety of styles. The girl who assisted me was very helpful and kind! I hope other people will pass by this place, they have a cool backpacks offer ;)

This incident occurred this morning, July 13, 2025, at 11:52 AM. A sales assistant was present at the time. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered a total lack of politeness and empathy from the same person: it's the third time I've encountered, despite myself, a surly and unprofessional attitude. Today, in particular, the employee didn't hesitate to respond rudely even to an elderly lady who was with me, which I consider even more serious. I would like to suggest that management consider providing adequate training to at least ensure a minimum level of courtesy and hospitality, essential qualities for anyone who works with the public. I would like to point out that, despite this unpleasant experience, I continue to appreciate your products and the excellent quality of your coffee. Marilena

I have been a customer in this shop since December, the first time I entered I met the very kind sales assistant Marika who was available to help us, with her advice, to purchase the right coffee machine for us, in fact we purchased it and were very satisfied and therefore we have become loyal customers. Marika is truly a TOP salesperson....kind, helpful, competent, congratulations Marika, thanks to your advice the shop has one more customer. I would propose to the owner a "prize" / promotion for her.... thanks Marika
