I stopped by the store at about 6:30 pm for a problem with a coffee machine purchased in January, I performed a cleaning test in the store (I should point out that I did it at home without positive results) and the problem was solved almost immediately.
I thank the lady for the practicality and competence demonstrated and for her availability and kindness.
The promotions/discounts are also very valid, in fact I stocked up a bit. Thank you!
