Purchased a milk frother on November 23, 2024. I should have paid cash because I can't find any trace of the electronic payment. Unfortunately, the product is poor quality and it is practically impossible to receive assistance from Bialetti. The product does not have a serial number that allows for traceability. The choice of purchasing in the physical store turned out to be wrong, Bialetti quality is now a dear memory.
