I was there recently, and honestly, it's hard to find fault when the ingredients speak for themselves. Forget frozen "discs of meat." The burger here is a sensory experience. The quality of the meat is excellent: freshly ground, juicy, and with that intense flavor that only premium cuts can deliver. Even the lightly toasted bread holds the sauce perfectly without falling apart. If you love craft beer and are looking for a warm, authentic atmosphere, you can't miss it.
