Bergl-Alm In Senales

After a wonderful hike, we visited the Bergl Alm and were thrilled! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. I would especially like to highlight the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The food was excellent; the South Tyrolean specialties are simply delicious. The portions are generous, and the value for money is good. The cozy atmosphere and the sun terrace are the perfect place to linger and relax—just the right place to recharge after a hike. The Bergl Alm is an absolute must for every hiker and mountain lover in Kurzras. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The Bergl Alm is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful alpine pastures we've ever been to. Incredibly beautiful trail from Kurzras via trails 4 and 5. Amazing views and lovingly crafted details, plus friendly service, excellent food, and perfectly reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back.

We returned after years and found the same very kind owner. The mountain hut has definitely been renovated for the better. The food is excellent and plentiful. It can be reached in an hour and a half via a beautiful trail.

Beautiful and modern hut with a beautiful view and excellent food. Definitely worth the hike. The staff were very helpful with further questions about the area, although they initially seemed rather dismissive. The trail we took, trail number 13, was quite steep and, in our opinion, above the level indicated in our guidebooks and online.
