Berggasthaus Stallwies In Martello

A dream destination in winter, and probably in summer too. Brilliant meal during our stay. Very friendly owners. You can tell that it is a family business with a lot of passion, everyone pitches in and enjoys it. You immediately feel welcome and are treated as a friend. Thank you for the wonderful days with you.

This was our first time at Stallwies and definitely not the last time, we are absolutely thrilled!!! The mountain inn is located at 1,953 meters and is an ideal starting point for extensive… We stayed in the guest house. The rooms are very nicely decorated. The food was first class! There was nothing that didn't taste great. In the afternoon we usually had a piece of cake and a fresh herbal tea or cappuccino. The cakes were homemade and so delicious. The service was perfect and always very friendly and accommodating! The location of the Berggasthof Stallwies is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet from everyday life. We were able to set off straight away on the hiking tours without having to drive anywhere first. You can also easily take a bus shuttle to the valley to go on hikes.

Very nice restaurant good food and plentiful

Not easy to find by car, but then there is an incomparable view from high up into the Martell Valley, delicious food and friendly hostess from our homeland :), we will definitely come by again

We spent a week on the Stallwies and spent wonderful days there, a wonderful view as soon as you leave the house. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. I don't think I've ever eaten so well, simply fantastic. We received good advice for hikes and felt very comfortable in the family atmosphere with our dog. The rooms in the newly built house are a nice size, equipped with a comfortable couch, a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom and are very clean. Definitely an unreserved recommendation from us.
