As the stars already reveal, our spontaneous visit was absolutely worth it! The owner is simply a great guy! Charismatic, personable, and takes excellent care of his customers! We highly recommend it! And the food is delicious, too!

Today we were guests at the Birkenwald Inn in Partschins and were thoroughly pampered. The barley soup was excellently prepared, and the three dumplings with cabbage were simply fantastic. We enjoyed a wonderful Pinot Blanc with it, which perfectly complemented the meal. We would especially like to highlight the service: Franz served us with exceptional friendliness and attention. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

True to South Tyrolean tradition, not so much in terms of the attire but especially in terms of the menu, it offers very good dishes and plenty to satisfy the hunger. The kitchen is also open outside of the usual lunch hours, and the surrounding landscape is pleasant. A final positive note is the ample parking lot. It's a little difficult to get to due to narrow, winding roads, but it's worth it.

A special place I'll never forget because they kept my family ring that had slipped off my finger. I'm incredibly grateful to the customer who brought it back and handed it to Frank, a delightful and very kind man!

27/09/2025: We came here quite by chance. The pizza is from the wood-fired oven and is fantastic, The owners are very friendly! The prices are quite fair for South Tyrol. When we were shocked to discover that there were no more buses from there shortly after 7:00 PM, we were quickly and easily helped out when we asked for a taxi so we could reach the nearest bus stop and catch the last bus of the day to Siusi. If I could, I would give it 10 stars; service like this isn't something you can take for granted! Thanks again for the delicious food and your help!

07/10/2025: Very tasty food, but sometimes it lacked a bit of seasoning. Cozy restaurant. Rudi's excellent service! Some others were a bit chilly. The food is quick, but service itself sometimes takes a while. The salad at the buffet was sometimes not so fresh, but there was a good selection. We were there four times within 12 days, so highly recommended.
09/09/2025: Good restaurant with tasty food, I can't rate the hotel.
