Berggasthaus Birkenwald In Parcines

After a strenuous climb, you simply have to take a break here and treat yourself to the Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancake). It's excellent. My son is a bow hunter and loves to share his stories.

All the dishes were excellently prepared, and I can especially recommend the Schlutzkrapfen.

The best Wiener Schnitzel from pork in a long time (almost a centimeter thick!), very friendly service and a great seat by the fireplace 😉

Very good South Tyrolean cuisine

As the stars already reveal, our spontaneous visit was absolutely worth it! The owner is simply a great guy! Charismatic, personable, and takes excellent care of his customers! We highly recommend it! And the food is delicious, too!

Today we were guests at the Birkenwald Inn in Partschins and were thoroughly pampered. The barley soup was excellently prepared, and the three dumplings with cabbage were simply fantastic. We enjoyed a wonderful Pinot Blanc with it, which perfectly complemented the meal. We would especially like to highlight the service: Franz served us with exceptional friendliness and attention. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
