The best pizza I've ever eaten. Excellent tomato sauce, excellent ingredients, you can really taste the flavor, the extras for once are generous. The orange soda is really good. The hot oil is also very good. The room is bright. The temperature is pleasant. Why only 4 stars? Well, because the waitress is really unpleasant and because there is only one toilet for the entire restaurant. It's not at all proportionate.

The pizzas are generally good, but I don't get the hype.
We ordered French fries to go with the pizza. Way too much money for a handful of fries.
Pizza Margherita was good, but Pizza CRUDO E BURRATA was disappointing because of the orange oil, even though it looked delicious.
Price-quality-wise, it was a poor experience.

I was recommended berbere pizzeria by a local in Florence. I was unsure at first but when I decided to go, I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious and the portions are great for the price. Decor was cool but it is a small place. Ended up going twice on my trip and dont regret it for a instant.

Fantastic pizza. I am not a huge fan of traditional neapolitan pizza (soft pizza base and wet sauce resulting in a soggy pizza). Berberè use a blend of pasta flour and 00, resulting in a much crunchier pizza. It also has a much more interesting flavour due to longer ferment. Would recommend booking a table in advance. Only thing I didn't like was how close the tables were to each other. Felt like we were sitting with other random people in a communal setting with just 10cm gap between the tables. Service was perfect.

I visited here on the recommendation of my B&B host. I tried two Margherita Diavolo pizzas, both delicious. Even now, while staying in Rome, I'm craving the taste of Florentine berbere pizza. The staff were so friendly, I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably.

La pizza margherita classica è una favola, farina buonissima, lievito madre eccezionale, mozzarella di bufala dal sapore inconfondibile e pomodoro saporito. In qualsiasi città turistica in cui andiamo scegliamo sempre Berberé e la qualità è sempre garantita.
Abbiamo provato anche altre pizzerie a Firenze, ma questa è ottima e imbattibile.
Da ultimo molto importante la grande digeribilità della pizza
