Excellent food. Excellent service, although a bit too informal for the restaurant's standards. Prices are quite high considering the location is also outside the city center.

A beautiful little place that takes you to Japan for an evening! Wonderful staff, Rocco helped me during the evening and was very friendly. I ate a three course meal in front of the kitchen counter and it was entertaining to watch the chefs. Would definitely come back to try the Omakase!

This Japanese restaurant is located in a quiet area, just a short distance from the tourist spots. The relaxed atmosphere offers delicious, carefully prepared dishes prepared by a Japanese chef. The sashimi platter we had was incredibly fresh, showcasing the best of European fish. The black cod was elegantly seasoned, allowing us to fully enjoy the umami of the fish. The dessert after the meal was also beautiful and thoughtfully crafted. This dish is perfect for everyday use, as well as anniversaries.

The space is incredibly beautiful and the service is excellent. The sashimi platter is so delicious you'll wonder if you're in Japan! The wagyu beef carpaccio will leave your mouth watering. I recommend this restaurant whether you're tired from traveling and want to relax, or just want a more elegant meal.

Top quality and truly excellent fish. I tried wagyu for the first time, and I have to say that, even if it's expensive, it's absolutely worth it! I would definitely try it again. Besides that dish and the quality of the fish, I was also impressed by the chicken (as pictured): a unique flavor, nothing like the classic sweet and sour chicken I'm used to at Chinese restaurants. It's definitely not a place for everyone: if you don't spend a little, you won't leave feeling full like at other restaurants. The portions are more or less the same as other Japanese restaurants, but here the quality is significantly superior, and the price, consequently, is higher. For four of us, we spent €75 each, including a €40 bottle of wine and two bottles of water. We left feeling almost full, but considering the quality, which is almost impossible to find in Florence, it was worth it.

Last Friday I returned for the umpteenth time, and it was once again a fantastic experience. The waiters are always super knowledgeable and kind, offering advice and explaining the daily specials. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the Wagyu is exceptional. Every dish is a delightful discovery. Highly recommended!
