Belvedere San Nicola In Alcamo

I had a baptism at the Belvedere.. Lovely view, good service but everything I ate to my taste was bland. I remember years ago that we ate very well. I hope it can improve because the place deserves a lot.

The structure has incredible potential (location, surrounded by nature, a breathtaking view), but it would require a renovation, more care for the greenery, more cleaning of the swimming pool, more cleaning in the common areas. Modest sized room. Let's say for a few days, it's fine! Average prices. Breakfast acceptable, but could be improved as it offers little. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Well located and very quiet place

Piacevole sorpresa. Trovato passeggiando per le vie di Erice, posto accogliente con un gusto retrò. Piatti della cucina popolare molto buoni (cous cous fantastico). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

This is a great restaurant, the best that we know of in Erice (and we know a lot of them). It has this amazing view of the sea off Trapani and, as it faces west sunset is the time to be there. Likely much of its business is for parties so that you have to make sure it is open as a normal restaurant before walking over the. The food was just a class above what we got during our week in Erice. The service was excellent, the staff helpful and , again, the view. Do not miss it if you stay over in (or dare to drive back at night from) beautiful Erice.
