A delightful discovery in the heart of Ostuni, yet without being surrounded by chaos. The setting is refined, welcoming, and original, with that independent pub atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The sandwiches are made with top-quality ingredients: well-cooked meat, a soft and moist bun, and thoughtful flavor combinations that are never banal. Not your average burger, but a refined and truly tasty offering. The beer selection is also very good, extensive and interesting, accompanied by excellent service: the staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. A small point that leads me to give it 4 stars: the menu doesn't list the weight of the standard burger, nor the cost of upgrading to a larger burger. This difference only appears in the digital ordering system, and it would be helpful to include it on the menu as well for greater transparency. Otherwise, this pub is definitely worth a visit: quality, attention to detail, and a warm welcome. A special mention for "Nel boschetto della mia fantasia"

A truly beautiful place, with a refined and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service was clear, kind, and attentive. I ordered a pinsa with potatoes, which was truly excellent, while my girlfriend had a burger, tasty and beautifully presented. The pumpkin chips are a must-try, crunchy and delicious! Fair prices and excellent food quality.

Great selection of beers, very friendly staff.

This place is great. The bartender knew his beers and was enthusiastic to share that knowledge. They carry an assortment of craft Italian brews, and yes, apparently, there are craft beers from Italy. The bar is situated in an ancient stone building with fantastic architecture on the inside, typical of many establishments in the area. If the downstairs isn't open, ask to see it anyway, it's worth the effort. We didn't eat, so I can't comment on that. I'll sum up by saying, if you want to sample Italian craft beer and/or just hang out in a cool bar, you will want to stop at the Bellinfusto Pub Independente.

I definitely recommend this place and will return as soon as I have the chance. The beers are refined and excellent. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable.

I went there with a couple of friends last week, and I had one of the best burgers I've ever had, washed down with a magnificent smoked beer! Very nice place, away from the chaos. Friendly staff! I'll be back :)

Everything was good, and the light, citrusy beer was perfect for the August heat. I didn't give it five stars because it was very hot inside and there was neither air conditioning nor a fan. Otherwise, it was excellent.
