Small family-run hotel right on the beach in a prime location close to the center of Sabbiadoro. Only suitable for adults, not for families with small children. Predominantly pleasant guest structure from Austria and Germany. Small outdoor pool, but loungers can be reserved here from 6:30 a.m. Breakfast didn't convince us this time.

We booked this hotel as a family. The hotel is generally very simple, minimalist and very clean. As is usually the case in Italy, the rooms are very small with standardized furnishings, but there is no reason to complain about the size because you inform yourself about it beforehand. The prices of the drinks in the mini bar in the room are very expensive and not at all reasonable. In addition, the rooms are very noisy and you can hear every word from the next room or the hallway. The reception was friendly, not overly warm, but appropriate. You pay €20 a day for the parking space, which is not really a “garage”. Breakfast 10 out of 10 for Italy. Rich, nice, attentive service and an attractive special menu with freshly prepared dishes. You don't pay anything extra for this. Unfortunately, due to the extremely bad weather (very strong gusts of wind), we had to cancel our vacation after half a day, especially because we had a small child with us, which of course the hotel can't do anything about! However, some of the price could have been reduced as a gesture of goodwill. Instead we had to pay the full price, only the breakfast and the booked “garage” were “cancelled”, but we had to pay for the first breakfast. We had hoped that something could be accommodated due to the extremely bad weather conditions, as we would certainly have come again. The hotel wasn't even half full, so they could certainly have reduced at least 10%. The biggest shame was the espresso at the bar, which had to be paid for shortly before departure. For us it has very little to do with customer-oriented service.

A holiday to remember, we were pampered by the welcoming, helpful and very kind staff, the rooms spotless and fragrant, the breakfast super... what to add? we can't wait to return.

The hotel looks newly renovated and modern. The double rooms with sea view and balcony are, as is often the case in Italy, not very large, but ok. They are functionally equipped. The rooms are very noisy, if you want to sleep longer you're out of luck. The breakfast is not very rich and varied compared to other hotels in this category. However, there is a breakfast menu with additions to order. We were still not impressed because, for example, the selection of bread was limited and the bread was extremely dry (not fresh?), the vegetables were dried out and a scrambled egg was served as an omelet without any other ingredients. The hotel is very well maintained but it doesn't have a cozy atmosphere. Due to the simplicity, the stone and the colors, we missed the personal flair of the hotel. The checkout at 10 a.m. is very early and the costs for late checkout are high. We didn't notice any hospitality, for example at the reception. Hypothermic like the whole hotel. Our expectations were not met.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the Bellavista Hotel. My mother had stayed there with her sister several decades ago and she has very good memories of it, which is why we decided to repeat the experience and we were delighted! We particularly enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious and the staff took great care of us. The staff are warm and friendly. The hotel is very well located right in front of the beach and near the pedestrian street with its bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel and rooms are clean and nicely decorated. We used the laundry service and the result was perfect. The cocktails are delicious.

Very nice hotel, we were there for the second time. The location is perfect, you just have to cross the street and you're on the beach. There is a buffet at breakfast, but you can still order a lot of things. And from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. what more could you want. The employees are always friendly, helpful and in a good mood. The rooms are a bit small, but very bright and friendly and are clean.

Accustomed to 5-star establishments, we have never experienced such a perfect and attentive welcome as that of the Bellavista. From the valet, to the bar and breakfast staff, to housekeeping and reception, the entire staff was outstanding, both in terms of efficiency and friendliness. Smiling, attentive, all the members of the Bellavista team made this stay unforgettable. The breakfast buffet was perfect, as were the made-to-order pancakes and crepes. Fresh and quality products. In terms of infrastructure, the rooms are stylish, very well maintained, as are the common areas of the hotel. The support on arrival, as well as the delicate attention at departure, are all details that make us want only one thing: to come back! Many thanks to the whole team for these magnificent moments despite the somewhat unpredictable weather! Also worth noting is the provision of beach towels, parasols and deck chairs on the beach.

Our first AHA experience upon arrival was that we arrived by car and our suitcases were brought to the room during check-in. Extremely friendly, competent and courteous staff. Rich breakfast buffet with its own menu for egg dishes, very nice little bar with an outdoor area with a sea view. We will become new regular guests and can only recommend Bellavista. P.S. As always, it was a perfect holiday, couldn't be better, very friendly staff, great breakfast and nice rooms. Breakfast can be taken on the terrace. Very good location to the pedestrian zone, loungers and umbrellas are reserved on the beach and there is space for everyone at the pool. Your vacation begins as soon as you arrive, you hand over your car keys. The car is parked and the luggage is brought to the room. Luggage will also be brought to the car upon departure. Simply great and always happy.
