A truly delightful experience
We stumbled upon this place to break up our journey from Calabria to Milan, curious to try typical Tuscan cuisine, especially the tripe!!!
We were absolutely not disappointed!
The courteous and very friendly staff welcomed us and explained the dishes.
The food deserved top marks... everything was delicious.
We had the Tuscan appetizer, in the truest sense of the word. The Tuscan tripe and the lampredotto parcel, each better than the last.
To be honest: we cleaned our plates!! 😋
The location was very nice and well-kept, even though we didn't enjoy the view at night.
What can I say... we'll definitely see you again!!!

This place was a surprise. Lovely spaces, friendly staff. While you savor the dishes, time seems to slow down, and the flavors blend seamlessly with the surrounding scenery of the lovely Florentine hills, which soften the surrounding landscape. I felt very comfortable here, and I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Excellent restaurant, everything was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind... but I have to offer a hopefully constructive criticism: despite the cool, pleasant breeze in the evening, they left every type of air conditioning on full blast. At our table, we had the fan and air conditioning turned on at full blast, and it's unpleasant to dine like that. There are too many air conditioners outside.

Located on the legendary Volterrana with a terrace overlooking the Florentine hills. The tripe dishes are fabulous, as is the fried brains. Absolutely not to be missed.

An authentic restaurant, with excellent local specialties! We ate there one evening with family, we enjoyed ourselves from start to finish! A little extra, the welcome was pleasant even though we hadn't booked and the service was impeccable! I can only recommend it!

The food is excellent, the service is excellent, but you need to book. Excellent risotto with porcini mushrooms and truffle. For the main course, the tagliata with Colonnata lard is truly excellent.

Abbiamo trovato questo locale quasi per caso lungo il viaggio per Roma.
Ottima la pasta con ragù di coniglio, buona la paella trippe e lampredotto ma soprattutto ottima la costata fiorentina divisa in 4..
Prezzi nella media, bella terrazza esterna.
Come si evince dal nome i piatti forti sono costituiti da trippa e lampredotto tipici della cucina fiorentina.
Non mancano tuttavia altre pietanze che possono soddisfare tutti i palati.
Cominciamo da un plateau di lingua di bue con insalata e parmigiano o sformatino di carciofi con crema di pecorino e tartufo.
Poi continuare con tagliatelle ai funghi (ieri erano i prugnoli) o risotto agli asparagi.
E non si può rinunciare ad un piatto di trippa alla fiorentina con generosa grattata di parmigiano (optional)
Per chi ama la pizza non c'è che l'imbarazzo della scelta
Prezzi in linea con la qualità.
