It was an excellent choice: this place surprised me in every way. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a refined, bright, and pleasantly harmonious environment, where every detail seems designed to put the customer at ease. The modern yet understated decor strikes a perfect balance between elegance and simplicity, making the Giudecca an ideal place for a relaxing break at any time of day. The service deserves special mention. The staff was kind, attentive, and prompt, offering a genuine welcome that truly makes the difference. It's not just professionalism, but that warmth typical of Roman establishments that make every customer feel like a regular. I truly appreciated the way I was looked after without ever feeling pressured or intrusive—a balance that is by no means a given. The coffee I chose to order was simply excellent. I'm sure I'll be back soon, perhaps to try their gelato, which, judging by the satisfied faces of other customers, seems to be one of Giudecca's strong points these days! I definitely recommend it to everyone!
