Always a lovely place The chicken is always excellent The ribs dish needs revisiting, in my opinion. The meat was overcooked and tasted too much like pork. The vegetables weren't very hot.

Welcoming place, friendly staff, good food, shame that on Friday there was supposed to be music so we assumed we would dance, but instead there was no one 😭😭

Total disappointment... the wait is okay... it's okay to have well-cooked products... my chicken was small, but that's the least of the problems... my wife's sandwich was incredibly salty (I thought she was delicate, but I tasted it and it was inedible). My kids' toast was also salty (they didn't eat it). The fries were good... as was the chicken sauce... The sandwich bread was awful. At the checkout, when I complained, the cashier looked at me superficially... as if to say, "Who cares? I don't care if I get one more or one less customer." I've been here before... I've been to other restaurants in the chain... from Friuli to Piedmont... I wasn't expecting a discount or a free beer... but at least an "I'm sorry" would have sufficed. I'm an entrepreneur and I understand that everyone makes mistakes... but a step back would have been appreciated. You've lost a customer and you don't I'll do more word of mouth... the best advertising of all... €50 wasted... the good thing is there's no real competition... it used to be better... I wondered if now that you're big and established, you're doing what many others do, who only think about profits... I hope not... Edit year 2026 The girl I think is in charge is very kind and smiley (despite what was there before). The food isn't so salty anymore... good!

Excellent chicken...nice place...we've been going there for years for Christmas dinners at the gym...unfortunately the music is getting worse and worse...terrible remixes...make more 80s and dance music...2025 worst year for music

The chicken is good. The half portion is really small compared to the whole one.
