Yesterday my sister ordered a Gran Crispy McBacon and unfortunately found a hair inside the sandwich. The staff was helpful and immediately replaced it, which is certainly appreciated. However, incidents like this shouldn't happen, especially in a chain where high hygiene and quality control standards are expected. I hope it was just an isolated incident, but it's still an unpleasant experience.

Everything was perfect.
Just one note: every time I've been to this McDonald's, there's been a children's party. Kids screaming in a truly rude manner, too rude! Obviously, this isn't the McDonald's fault, but the parents'. The only saving grace is the outdoor seating, which somewhat dampens the chaos inside.

It's a constant messing up of orders at the MC drive thru. They deliver the products to different cars several times and then apologize. They also often make the wrong sandwiches when you ask them to remove a food item.

The restaurant is popular with young people and children, including families. It's fairly clean. Service can be a bit long when it's crowded. Typical burger-style dishes.

They used to work well, now I don't know what happened but it's a place where you don't eat even if it's the only one on earth. Today an hour of waiting, I can understand the confusion and that's fine, but then half an order arrived first and it was all cold, I had everything changed and they gave me a big tasty with only meat and sauce, the chips with cheddar and bacon with frozen cheddar sauce. The last time I came they gave me cold and soft nuggets. Courteous staff, I give them that without any hesitation, but be less distracted for goodness' sake.

Devastating adventure experienced yesterday... At 7:30 pm we pay for table service... We are served at 9:10 pm. after several protests... Ok there were people.. but my children at a certain point were hungry and started crying...
The trays arrive, cold sandwiches... we ate out of "desperation"...
Update... July 1, 2025... At 12:14 we pay.. there are few people in the place... in the meantime people slowly arrive and eat.. at 1:03 pm still nothing, still no food to be seen.. the children hungry like the previous time... What management system do you have???
Terrible!
PS.. at 1:11 pm after about 1 hour of waiting and protests they arrived

Excellent McDonald's,
in my opinion located in a very quiet place compared to other shopping centers in Catania, clean from the entrance to the bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and kind
