BEEF Minimal Restaurant In Fiano romano

We tried the all-you-can-eat pizza menu. There were four of us...everything was delicious. Generous portions, friendly and helpful staff. For a busy Saturday night, they were quick enough. We even had our large dog, who was welcomed without a fuss. The only downside was the parking; that street is unfortunately in bad condition and very narrow. I recommend trying it!

We ate pizza, which is probably not their strong point, a marinara sent back because it was obviously raw, a soft focaccia with sweet ham on top (good) but the menu called for seasoned "prosciutto del buttero", two other pizzas that were barely edible (taken away almost whole)

We ate fabulous pizza non-stop... very kind staff and very reasonable prices... I will be back very soon...

I visited Minimal Beef, an all-you-can-eat meat restaurant with several interesting options, which on paper are a plus. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Despite the name, there's nothing "minimal" about the attention to detail: the bathrooms were dirty, there was no soap (the dispenser was broken), and there wasn't even paper towels. The service also left much to be desired: the waiters didn't monitor the drinks, and you had to raise your hand every time to get attention. We were a large table, and we were only served two meat dishes in the center, poorly distributed; those sitting at the ends had to stand up to help themselves. In fairness, I should point out that we also asked for seconds, but the management remained impractical and disorganized. The quality of the meat was mediocre, with considerable room for improvement. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience. There's potential, but there's a lot to improve.

I had the 4 cheese pizza, better to forget it, the bruschetta with Colonnata lard was good, good service

There's always room for improvement; we need to improve on preventing dangerous insects from causing harm beyond the annoyance, and cats are not allowed at the tables. As for the food, for my personal tastes, having ordered the all-you-can-eat option, we didn't like the ribs, perhaps because of the sauce; I would have preferred the sauce on the side.

Beef...excellent quality "Irish" meat We ordered a fillet and a 300g entrecote, both of excellent origin and quality. Truly good. The service was efficient when called, helpful, and always courteous, but the tables also needed to be attended to with a certain consistency. The meat gets cold quickly!!!! There are ways to keep the product warm at the table. The place, still equipped for the summer, is informal and very charming. A small tip: at least some background music...the silence was almost embarrassing when we arrived with children. A special mention goes to the bill...fair, honest, and proportionate to the menu offered. I forgot to mention the excellent pizza 🍕 We'll definitely be back

I've been a customer of theirs for several years now, and I can tell you that if you want to eat meat, you're more than safe to go, but I don't recommend the pizza.
