BEEF Minimal Restaurant In Fiano romano

This is the third time I've been here and I've always had a great time. The meat is special, the pizza is very good and the service is excellent. The guys are all kind and friendly.

This is our third time eating at this restaurant. We ordered the No Stop pizza, and as for the second course, we'd eaten three more slices, but there was all of it left. I politely asked the waiter if it was possible to have a takeaway box. After a while, another waitress came over and asked if she could take it away. We told her we'd asked the waiter if he could bring us a takeaway box. The waitress replied that the second course couldn't be taken away... Excuse me, but what kind of reasoning is this?? So, it's a real waste of money. I'm sorry, but we won't be returning.

The restaurant is quite isolated and difficult to find. However, the food is good. The all-you-can-eat menus are recommended.

I booked an all-inclusive package for one price, but the price increased on the day of booking, and then the much-vaunted meat disappointed me.

Good experience but needs improvement. I recently had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant and, overall, the quality of the food impressed me positively. The meat, in particular, was really excellent: well cooked, tasty and first choice. Unfortunately, the experience was penalized by a service that was not up to par with the cuisine. Once seated, we waited about 30 minutes without anyone coming to take the order, and it was necessary to call the waiters' attention. As an appetizer, I chose a cheese board, indicated on the menu as accompanied by jams. When it was time to serve, however, after having to call the waiters once again for forgetting the jams, honey and balsamic vinegar arrived instead of the jams. The dish, although good, therefore did not reflect the description, and at 16 euros the quality-price ratio suffered. Furthermore, the meat was served only a few minutes after the appetizer, which compromised the experience: at the end of the platter, the meat had in the meantime been overcooked, losing part of its goodness. I write this review as constructive criticism, with the hope that the service can improve to live up to the cuisine, which has excellent potential. With a few more adjustments, the experience could become excellent!

You eat well, friendly staff, I recommend it

Visited for lunch with friends in June after many recommendations. I know why they recommended Beef Minimal, it's great. As there was a huge group of us, we ordered a huge Roman pizza (with a selection of toppings) to start, very good. Next, as recommended by the owner, different steaks for us all from Scotland, Italy and Portugal, each with a different flavour profile, and they were amazing! They delivered the steaks to the table raw, and we cooked them to our liking on a hotplate in the middle of the table, so good! All served with a good selection of vegetables and fries on the side. There is a brilliant wine list to complement the steaks with wines from all over the world. The restaurant is next to a huge outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by beautifully kept park land, with plenty to do for the whole family. I will be taking my swimming shorts next time!

This restaurant which is located next to the Tiber pools, in addition to having the best meat there is, you will find pizza, first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts of all kinds together with a kind and knowledgeable staff. I recommend it, try it.

Sono andato ieri sera al beef e come al solito mi sono trovato benissimo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Mi piace sempre prendere la pizza non stop, ma c’è anche una grande selezione di carne.

Personale gentile e pronto a rispondere alle richieste (io stavo aspettando un contorno da un po’ e se ne sono accorti subito) Carne molto buona prezzi giusti e in linea per mangiare carne di buona qualità! Noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo speso circa 40€ a testa per antipasto carne dolce e bevande! Consigliato torneremo ancora :)
