Welcoming, plentiful, delicious and simply the best place in town!

I visited about a month ago. My wife and I can’t stop talking about our experience. Absolutely loved it!

We went late at night to eat an appetizer and a pasta. The area is touristy, but Dino e Tony proved to be a true Roman place, like few others left. Compliments also for the price displayed at the time of the bill. Come on.

I ate there last night, trying the coda alla vaccinara for the first time, an experience for my tastes fantastic trattoria like once upon a time..... The important thing is magna'!!!! Dino and Tony are easy-going, kind and friendly, I felt at home. I only hope to be able to return to taste other typical Roman dishes.

Every time I'm in Rome, I go there for dinner.

I booked for Saturday night, we ate very well but the strong point is the friendliness of the owners and the guys who work there, next time we are in Rome we will definitely come back

This is a simple restaurant, run with heart and soul by 2 brothers, with the help of the daughter of one of them. You are warmly welcomed and although everything sometimes runs a bit chaotic, it is a real pleasure to eat there. And the simple Roman dishes are to lick your fingers and thumbs. Nice experience. Really recommended!

An inn with the true soul of traditional cuisine. The place is simple but welcoming, with that familiar touch that makes you feel immediately at home. The staff is warm and genuine, always ready with a smile and a suggestion on the dish of the day. The menu offers typical traditional dishes, cooked with passion and fresh ingredients. The second courses, abundant and tasty, deserve a special mention. Generous portions and honest prices. A place where you will gladly return, not only for the food but for the sincere atmosphere. "Food Is How We Show Love" We went to Dino & Tony’s for the first time in 2010 based on a guidebook recommendation.  The warmth of the welcome and the classic food were so wonderful that Dino & Tony’s is the one restaurant that we must go to every time we visit Rome, including this May 2025 when we were in Rome for just one day. You’ll find yourself seated next to tourists and locals alike.  Everyone gets the same warm welcome from Dino and fabulous food.  It always reminds me of eating at my Italian great aunt’s house.  While there is a menu, you’re best served eating whatever the chef has made for the day.  The food keeps coming and you’re not finished until you make it to the end – even if that means appetizers, 3 plates of pasta, and a braised oxtail – before dessert and after dinner drinks. Dino & Tony’s delivers that convivial, welcoming, homecooked experience that you’re looking for: from Dino’s warm welcome, to his daughter’s and nephew’s charm helping to wait the tables, to Tony singing joyfully in the kitchen.  If you’re lucky like we were, you’ll still be there hours later, having their terrific limoncello and laughing with Dino and the family. We cannot recommend Dino & Tony’s enough.  You really ought to eat there.  Come hungry!
