The pinsa are the best in the area. The seasonal one with prosciutto, figs, ricotta, and basil is a marvel. I don't think I'll eat anything this good all summer!! Go with your eyes closed. The boss is really nice. 2 thumbs up

The pinsa and fried food takeout are spectacular! The packaging is meticulously crafted! The very kind owner advised us and served us promptly. Excellent ingredients and tasty, original combinations. The dough is super easy to digest. The cacio e pepe supplì are fabulous. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming place, new and well-furnished, the staff is friendly and helpful... the pinsa is spectacular... very digestible... long leavening... I recommend it!
