October 8, 2025, business dinner. It's not often, in fact, that you go to a pizzeria and are thrilled. This isn't really a pizzeria, but rather a place of culinary culture, accompanied by the owner's polite descriptions of the food. If you go, take your time and be curious about what you're eating. The pinsa dough is wonderful, melt-in-the-mouth and easy to digest, the ingredients are top-quality, varied, and paired with gourmet skill. Nothing else around compares!

I don't know why, but we'd missed this place! The welcome was wonderful, the service was friendly, polite, and cheerful. The food was excellent and easy to digest. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it.
