This is my first order from Baxter, so I'm giving it 5 stars because I have to be objective. Quick service, fresh products (which shouldn't be underestimated), and a good price/quantity ratio. I think this review is important because I don't like sushi, but I decided to order anyway, and it deserves the 5-star rating. If you like sushi, go there (I ordered takeout).

We had a great meal. It's not just a simple sushi restaurant; they try to offer some innovation and other options for starters and main courses. Alessandro was crucial to a positive experience; he was extremely kind and thorough, especially when we had trouble understanding the menu (a menu with more photos wouldn't hurt). 10 points for him.

29/11/2025: Delicious lunch, a very welcoming atmosphere, and knowledgeable and helpful staff both in the kitchen and dining room, with express service without waiting. I particularly liked the recycled decor with natural elements created by the guys whose photo is attached. The terrace overlooking the sea is truly enchanting, and the dessert, "apple fritters," was truly delicious.
02/11/2025: Excellent food! Well cooked and presented, fresh fish, reasonable price, and a very kind lady. 👍 I highly recommend it.
