The place is not easy to reach, there are not many seats available, but the food is definitely really good...traditional and prepared as it once was, even if the prices are a bit too high.

Our second visit and we were thrilled again! 5-star Buschenschank. We had Schlutzen (a kind of sausage), dumpling trifles, homemade sausage with fried potatoes, and ribs. Everything was incredibly delicious! BUT the sauce for the ribs was divine! We'd go back anytime!

Friendly as always, even the telephone service during rush hour works like no other business, bravo👏🏻 .... They also have the best chestnuts in the region.

Superb location. Superb food. Truly excellent cuisine. Unfortunately, the bill is always steep, and the prices aren't displayed, so you can gamble at the table. However, the dishes are some of the best around.

04/01/2026: 80s style, trattoria-style dishes, high prices for what they offer, drink prices not listed, €15 for half a litre of hot Lagrein.... €7 for a Margherita pizza that looked like the one from the supermarket restaurant.....
30/12/2025: Large pizzeria and restaurant. Fast service and friendly staff. The only drawback... It's incredibly hot... Better to wear a T-shirt under a wool sweater if it's winter... If you have to keep your sweater on, you can't wait to leave... otherwise, a pleasant place, even for families.

12/10/2025: The hotel rooms are beautiful, traditional, warm, and comfortable. The view is spectacular, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We ate well throughout our stay. The dishes are typical of the area, and the cured meats are exceptional! The location is ideal, as the ski slopes and equipment rental are just a few minutes' walk away. There's also the option of using a room inside the hotel for equipment storage (skis, snowboards, helmets, etc.).
25/08/2025: Hotel: very central, free indoor parking, and spacious rooms. Staff: everyone is friendly and helpful, both the owners and the staff, but what struck us most was Claudia's helpfulness, kindness, precision, and smile!! Congratulations! The owners, Stefano and Romana, are truly welcoming and always ready to accommodate all their guests' needs. The chef is one of a kind! The food is excellent, imaginative, and delicate. The dishes are always served with kindness and attention by Claudia (the best), Lolita, Larisa, Bledi, and Lucia. If I were to return to Selva, I would have no doubts about my choice: Hotel Armin!
