Excellent food I ordered the mixed platter, and the quality of the cured meats and cheeses was simply excellent. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was sublime...the ragù was truly flavorful and the portions generous. Overall, the portions were more than satisfying. Excellent value for money. HIGHLY recommend!!

A good menu, quite extensive: dozens and dozens of different dishes, both traditional and international. Nothing really special, to be honest. Average quality, high prices. I wanted to try it, having passed it many times. I can't say I was disappointed, but I wasn't thrilled either. A classic tourist spot.

We were drawn to this place because of the numerous truffle-infused dishes. We ordered an appetizer of Tuscan lard with truffle, a truffle carbonara, and truffle-infused Gorgonzola gnocchi. Atop each dish was a generous amount of truffle shavings, but also a generous amount of oil (both in the lard and the carbonara 🤔), and this got me thinking… is it the shavings that give off the aroma, or is it the truffle-infused oil? So I tried them both separately and concluded that the shavings themselves didn't have the characteristic truffle flavor, while the oil did. I'm not sure what to conclude. Despite this, the lard was delicious and melted in the mouth, and I think the carbonara was the best I've ever eaten, while we found the gnocchi a bit subdued, in addition to being inundated with oil/fat. €22 for a first course with a truffle flavor, largely due to the flavored oil, seems a bit excessive. That said, I approve of the culinary experience, and I'd definitely return!

While strolling through Lucca, we came across this very unique and well-kept restaurant. We ate on the tastefully decorated outdoor terrace, and we loved it. The dishes were delicious, rich, and flavorful. The staff was friendly, highly recommended!

Super restaurant avec une décoration magnifique. La cuisine est vraiment top et au prix correct. Grand choix de nourriture. Les pâtes fraîches maison. La carte des vins est qualitative et au prix correct. Chaque table a un paravent qui permet de discuter en toute tranquillité. Une terrasse couverte. Nous avons adoré. Le personnel est également très sympathique et serviable.
