Basho is a true gem. Over the years, we've returned several times, never disappointed. We have, however, noticed a significant improvement. From the moment we walked in to the bill, every detail is attended to with a passion and professionalism that is clearly evident. The place is welcoming, with a refined atmosphere, but the real added value lies in the people. Special thanks to Mattia's impeccable management, who knows how to combine expertise and customer service in a rare way. It's clear how much he cares, and that truly makes the difference. Kudos also to Giovanni, professional, friendly, and attentive: his service was simply perfect, always present but never intrusive, with a courtesy that deserves to be highlighted. The menu is refined, with the freshest ingredients. We will return every time we return to Cosenza.
