Basho is a real gem. Over the years, we have returned several times and have never been disappointed. However, we have noticed a notable improvement. From the entrance to the moment of the bill, every detail is taken care of with a passion and professionalism that can be clearly perceived. The place is welcoming, with a refined atmosphere, but the real added value lies in the people. A special thanks to the impeccable management of Mattia, who knows how to combine competence and customer attention in a rare way. It's clear how much he cares, and that really makes a difference. Applause also goes to Giovanni, professional, friendly and attentive: his service was simply perfect, always present but never intrusive, with a courtesy that deserves to be underlined. The menu is refined, with very fresh raw materials. We will return every time we return to Cosenza.
