Erdi is the best bartender in Dolomites!! Dangerous friend if you have to work the next day, but amazing! We had so much fun returning here several times during our 2 weeks stay. The bar is very friendly, welcoming and a great spot after skiing. They have some light snacks but they also allow you to order pizza in. They have a TV with sports if that's your thing! Make sure to ask for Erdi's spritz!!!

Anyone in Castelrotto has to go there. A visit, especially during the Castelrotto Spatzenfest (Spatzen Festival), is practically a must. The atmosphere is outstanding, with plenty of mountain hut flair and music from the Spatzen. Great.

28/02/2026: A very pleasant restaurant with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. At the end, the bartender Mat treated us to a delicious Limoncello.
22/02/2026: The guy who worked there was very friendly. The pizza wasn't amazing, but it was okay. The burger was delicious. The only downside was that they served the food separately. The menu wasn't completely up-to-date. I recommend it, and you'll have a good time.

18/08/2025: Arriving at this mountain hut after a pleasant climb and finding superb dishes in generous portions made our day even more special. If the cuisine was unsurpassed, the staff, young and truly kind and helpful, made us feel even better. I never leave reviews for mountain huts because I know the quality is always medium to high, but lunch here was a true pleasure, a superb experience both culinary and human.
16/08/2025: It's an easy walk to the wonderful location, with a fountain dispensing fresh water in front of the entrance. The mountain hut is well-kept and clean, with several outdoor tables. It prepares excellent dishes with locally sourced, high-quality products, simple yet beautifully presented. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and smiling; we waited just long enough to be served, and our palate was satisfied! I highly recommend it!
