Barone Pizzeria Gourmet In Biella

Excellent ingredients, good pizza, kindness and courtesy A must-try

If you're looking for a gourmet pizza, this is the place. I ordered the "Sublime," which was exceptional, with a truly balanced and digestible flavor. I also had a dark Calabrian beer, which was excellent, as was the Pizzo Tartufo.

The pizza looked great, but in reality, the crust wasn't cooked through for either of us. That was a shame, so we left it uncooked to avoid a stomach ache.

We were passing through Biella, and we stopped for pizza at Barone... FANTASTIC! It was an amazing experience. Excellent pizza, super friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. If you find yourself in Biella, you can't miss it.

We got takeout pizzas from this restaurant and they were absolutely delicious. Soft, airy dough, delicious ingredients... Delicious! Plus, they were made in less than 5 minutes. I hope to have the opportunity to come back :))

You can feel the refinement of the good and the beautiful in everything, obviously starting from the raw materials, passing through the environment of the place (I would only pay more attention to the soundproofing) and inevitably to the mastery of the preparation of the pizza dough.

Excellent pizza: we chose the pizza of the day, vegetarian, with basil cream. A delight, even for the eyes. With a bottle of white wine.

Che dire? Nel cuore di Biella, con un parcheggio comodo comodo c'è questo piccolo gioiello. Non molti posti a sedere che garantiscono tranquillità, un arredamento fresco e giovane, elegante ma non opprimente e cameriere cortesi sono l'aperitivo per un'esperienza davvero interessante. Lo chef ha studiato e si capisce, ha ricercato e si vede, ama il duo lavoro e lo si sente. La pizza è tradizione e nella terra della pizza il gourmet è quasi una bestemmia ma qui è poesia. Prodotti di altissima qualità, abbinamenti strepitosi, porzioni finalmente mangiabili dove non ti ingozzi ma dove gusti non un piatto ma un viaggio fatto di sapori. A corollario del pranzo una scelta di dolci davvero interessante. Insomma, Barone non so se sia il cognome ma certamente se la cucina è arte nobile, la nobiltà non sta certo solo nel nome del ristorante ma anche nell'esperienza che ti offre. Bravissimi!
