Five stars for the quality of the ingredients: cured meats and cheeses, tomato, oil, mozzarella, and beer. Five-star service and atmosphere because they're excellent for a pizzeria. Three stars only for the pizza dough. (For me, contemporary Neapolitan-style pizza doesn't always work—it's either a little burnt, too soft, or undercooked in the center; the crust always reminds me of Christmas pettole/frittele.) Total 4 stars. P.S. Maybe the menu has too much choice? Thanks

Wonderful. Pizzas, flavors, desserts, ingredients, waiters, pizza chef. Everything is truly spectacular. I recommend the gluten-free pizza; they also have lactose-free mozzarella. We come back every year and they always confirm the quality. Thank you!

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Especially the Gourmand ones, which are very special. Attentive and friendly service, a very intimate and refined atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

A delicious gourmet pizzeria. The staff is always incredibly kind and accommodating to any request. One of the few pizzerias where you can choose your pizza dough. They also have a wide selection of desserts. The place has an intimate atmosphere, accompanied by relaxing, soft music.

04/11/2025: It's beautiful and evocative. I give it a 4 because they didn't even want to make us coffee at the counter even though it's a bar-restaurant because we didn't have lunch there. We just wanted a coffee, even just at the counter, because we spent 6 hours at Burcina and it's the only bar in the whole park.
18/10/2025: A place with meticulous attention to detail, immersed in a priceless autumn atmosphere. The staff is young, friendly, and incredibly helpful—there's a truly wonderful energy! The menu is seasonal and truly delicious, perfect even for vegetarians: out of three main courses, only one was meaty, so you can easily enjoy the entire tasting menu. We ate outside, and it was wonderful—among the colors of the park and the aromas of the kitchen. Plus, we went with our three Chihuahuas, and they were made very welcome! An experience to repeat 💛
