Che dire? Nel cuore di Biella, con un parcheggio comodo comodo c'è questo piccolo gioiello. Non molti posti a sedere che garantiscono tranquillità, un arredamento fresco e giovane, elegante ma non opprimente e cameriere cortesi sono l'aperitivo per un'esperienza davvero interessante. Lo chef ha studiato e si capisce, ha ricercato e si vede, ama il duo lavoro e lo si sente. La pizza è tradizione e nella terra della pizza il gourmet è quasi una bestemmia ma qui è poesia. Prodotti di altissima qualità, abbinamenti strepitosi, porzioni finalmente mangiabili dove non ti ingozzi ma dove gusti non un piatto ma un viaggio fatto di sapori. A corollario del pranzo una scelta di dolci davvero interessante. Insomma, Barone non so se sia il cognome ma certamente se la cucina è arte nobile, la nobiltà non sta certo solo nel nome del ristorante ma anche nell'esperienza che ti offre. Bravissimi!

One of the best pizzas I've eaten, hard to satisfy, I was very happy. Well done to the pizza chef who made his stinks like a clean and elegant artist.

Small and nice place. Very kind staff. Pizza above average compared to the majority of pizzerias in Biella. We took two desserts and they were good too, not the usual desserts bought from outside and taken from the freezer. But let's move on to the critical points: 2 euros cover charge for a table set with a plastic placemat cleaned with a tea towel and paper napkin after each customer is a bit excessive for a place that wants to define itself as gourmet and offer a refined atmosphere. The desserts on the menu are offered from €6 to €7, while at the checkout they are then sold at €7.50. Obviously it's not a question of 50 cents, but the customer's trust is also gained with the transparency of the prices indicated on the menu, these surprises are never pleasant. In conclusion, we wanted to try the experience after trying to book so many times and not finding a place. The quality of the materials and the service offered by the staff is perceived, but then we fall into small things that penalize the final judgement.

Been to this gourmet pizza twice now. This pizzeria is unique in terms of atmosphere and taste, beautiful and chic. Fresh ingredients, the stone oven is prominently visible in the restaurant and the people are very nice. The pricing is also good. Recommended!

Bel locale, ottimo servizio e ottime pizze. Ne abbiamo assaggiate due tradizionali e due speciali, le tradizionali ci sono piaciute di più. Le birre a disposizione sono solo speciali, si sente la mancanza di una possibilità di scelta più tradizionale.
