Bark - Beer & BBQ In Gioiosa ionica

Newly renovated restaurant. Very kind and friendly staff. Very crispy supplì, fried well and without oil. I highly recommend the lasagna one, but the corte d'assise and pumpkin ones weren't very creamy on the inside. The sandwiches are good, with good quality ingredients and compositions. A little to complain about the Smash, as the burger wasn't smashed well. The homemade bun was truly excellent.

Perfect place for a dinner with friends or family, tasty and well-prepared dishes, Daniel excellent manager assisted by very good employees.

We booked a table for two on Saturday night, and the place was packed. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Their supplì are incredibly good. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lots of places in Italy try to make a good American-style burger, but Bark in Gioiosa Ionica really stands out. Everything here is absolutely amazing and made in-house — from the fresh beef patties to the buns, even the ketchup and mayo. The deep-fried mac and cheese balls were out of this world! The quality and care that goes into every detail shows, and nothing is missing from this place. Big compliments to the Bark team for delivering such a great experience. Highly recommended!

I really liked the style of the place; there are some lovely furnishings. There's a decent selection of draft and bottled/canned beers; I tried a delicious smoked porter on tap. The menu is very interesting, but some items weren't available (they're simply crossed out on the menu). The supplì alla corte d'Assise was good, with excellent breading; for the burger, I had a brisket, which I really enjoyed; everyone at the table was happy with their choices. The Maritozzo al gelato was also good, and the espresso, made on site, smells incredible. Unfortunately, there are some flaws I can't overlook: the place is probably poorly soundproofed, it's not very large, and communication is difficult due to the confusion. The service is very friendly but unfortunately slow, and the wait between courses is considerable. Some communications were unclear: we were told certain items weren't available, only to later be proven wrong. Despite its flaws, the place is recommended and definitely worth a visit as the ingredients are top-quality. I'll probably return to try more.

A pleasant discovery! I discovered it by chance thanks to a photo posted by a friend on Facebook. The place and the staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable! The meat is cooked to perfection and the selection of craft beers is excellent—you'll leave satisfied! Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back :-)

I tried both the fried chicken sandwich and the brisket sandwich (the latter has become one of my all-time favorite sandwiches, and I shouldn't exaggerate by saying I'm from Milan, where I've tried several). In addition to the high-quality meat and its preparation, the combinations of ingredients, and the homemade bread made every bite a delight! The craft beers are also very high-quality. The prices are more than fair for what you get. I return whenever I can!

A very cute American BBQ and beer-themed venue, the quality of the meat is incredible. I highly recommend the brisket, both on a sandwich and on its own, paired with their signature cocktail, "The Local," which blew me away. Definitely worth returning.
