17/11/2024: We went to Il Nuovo Mugnaio a few months ago, but I can't forget the kindness of the staff, they were very kind to us and our daughter, giving us information (we were on a trip) and selling us bread and treats even during closing time. Delicious bread, the flavors of the past enclosed in a bite. Definitely satisfied, when we pass through Bobbio again we will certainly come back to visit you!

10/09/2024: We live outside the province, an hour's drive away, but when we want to treat ourselves to a little serenity we come to Bobbio. A trip to the Nuovo Mugnaio is never lacking, excellent products and few frills. Only kindness and helpfulness. Last year the owner managed to make my wife eat bacon that she hadn't even wanted to taste before. She converted. Last Friday we stopped by and had coppa sandwiches. What am I telling you to do?
