A well-kept place with a lot of class where the attention to detail makes the difference. High quality products served by qualified staff. I couldn't ask for more, truly to be recommended.

Very nice place, perfect service with very good suggestions from the staff, the cuisine was a personal experience and presented itself with delicious dishes, in the bill part I found the right quality/price ratio.

The place is very welcoming with original and well-kept furnishings. Excellent and attentive service, always with a smile. Well-groomed and perfectly cooked dishes, with original combinations and quality ingredients. Excellent wine list, adequate for the menu. Definitely recommended

Ask for the cuts available as well as the menu, there is a vast choice which is not always offered. The place is very warm, the staff are truly professional, helpful and smiling, three important characteristics for an excellent service.

Ogni tanto ci piace andare al ristorante e mangiare carne di qualità e quando veniamo all"isola d'Elba amiamo andare al Barbacoda di Portoferraio. Hanno molta scelta, tutto di qualità, piatti gustosi e ben presentati. Personale professionale e super gentile e accomodante. Consiglio vivamente di venire, merita davvero.

02/05/2025: I can't say I ate badly, but we waited a long time (even with the room half empty) for dishes that didn't leave their mark. One of the two waiters (perhaps he is also the owner, in any case he was also at the cash register) responded in a piqued way when we asked how long it was until the main course, as a lot of time had passed since the starter. I had a different memory of it (from many years ago) In response to the restaurateur, I add that the tone of what he writes speaks for itself... we certainly weren't in a hurry to eat, just hungry. There are many other restaurants in the area that are decidedly more customer-focused.

Pizzosteria La Cambusa

06/05/2025: Very nice place, excellent food and fast service, I ate a fantastic cacio e pepe. I recommend booking in advance.
02/05/2025: Welcoming and lively place, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent fish starter and spaghetti with seafood, good pizzas and good desserts too. Even though it was crowded (Friday evening), the service was excellent. Prices normal. I'll be back for sure.
