The food was delicious 😋. There are also dishes that the kids enjoy, and even people with different tastes can find something they like 👍🏻. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. The service is attentive and friendly.

The restaurant is located within the Sigmundskron Castle / Messer Mountain museum complex, ideal for lunch after visiting the museum. Friendly service and reasonable prices for the location. The mixed platter with cured meats and cheeses was tasty and filling.

03/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and they found us a table and served us promptly. Very friendly and fast. The view of the valley is beautiful, as the restaurant is located at the edge of the forest, higher up than everything else. The food was good; we had a venison carpaccio appetizer and grilled vegetables (my partner), followed by a Swiss pine risotto and a potato soup. I'd say it was all very good and the price was average.
