31/10/2025: I visited this lovely restaurant at the foot of Bracciano Castle last week. The owners and service were truly attentive, creating an intimate, family atmosphere. Finally tried the carbonara scientifica. The wine selection was also excellent...but 10 out of 10 for the focaccia they serve you, it's addictive!

26/10/2025: Overall good except for a second course that I should have sent back, they gave me a discount on the bill
