Sicilian cannolo very good, sugar as needed and a lot of ricotta

Better cannolo than the nearby competition…

We were in the Trapani/Custonaci area, and on our way back, we specifically stopped at this renowned bar for its famous cannoli. What can I say...it deserves its fame! We're Sicilian, so we're used to the taste of cannoli, and this one turned out to be an excellent one. The raw ricotta was perfect (I almost always go for the ricotta, for my own taste), but here the traditional preparation made me easily forget it. The shell was light and crispy just right. The size of the cannoli is admirable, and at first glance it looks like it might be too much to eat all by itself, but the balance of the ingredients makes it absolutely light and digestible. It was almost 10 pm and the bar was busy cleaning up after closing, but the gentleman who served us was very kind and helpful, saying he'd refill them for us right away. Excellent experience.

A colleague told me about this bar and its specialties, especially the Sicilian cannoli. One day we went there. The flavor of the light sheep's ricotta was exquisite beyond belief. And I can't believe it's a popular bar. Compliments to the owner, a man who knows what he's doing, an excellent entrepreneur. 👍🏻 I forgot... it's not 5 stars... more 👏👏

The best cannoli I've ever had in Sicily! The cannoli are enormous, but they're so easy to eat; one bite leads to another! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We ended up here by accident, but it was a pleasant discovery. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by.

A unique and fantastic place in Fulgatore, with welcoming service and a clean, innovative bar. National winner for the Sicilian ricotta cannoli (and dark chocolates, a rarity these days). You can see authentic Sicilian craftsmanship.
