29/09/2025: The food is excellent, in a unique location, near the Tolfa mountains and two towns from the sea. Unique but delicious dishes, the grilled meat cooked perfectly, even more so when they ask you how you want it cooked. The wait staff is extremely kind and polite. A pleasure to have discovered it. Seven years later, I can confirm what I wrote then, even better: the girl who served us was professional and incredibly kind. We took her advice and did very well. Thanks to all your staff.

27/09/2025: I often eat at 3 Streghe, and beyond the excellent food, I'd like to say a few words about the waitress, Asia, who manages the customers patiently and quickly. She's also very friendly and attentive to my needs, given that I have various allergies. Congratulations to everyone.
