My favorite ice cream in Polignano! 🍦 Historic bar that has maintained its peculiar characteristics and has not conformed! The owner Vito is nice and kind, quality ice cream and cream ♥️

Very old looking bar... I don't think it's ever been renovated. Once you get over the initial (negative) impact, try the ice creams and especially the cream... You will be greatly impressed by the goodness. I recommend the coffee granita with cream. It's super!! Updated 06/27/2025. It continues to be a run-down place but if you are in Polignano a Mare and you don't try the granitas or all the ice creams from this bar you are missing the opportunity to eat something wonderful made with the mastery of a time that no one uses anymore. Trust me, try it and then you will agree with me.

Historic and a bit shabby, but in my opinion the best ice cream you can taste.

Bar Turismo is pure art. Vito, the owner is history, his ice cream is something wonderful, his special coffee is pure poetry. Unique.

Semplicemente il migliore! Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bontà,la genuinità ed il sapore unico del gelato che fa il signor Vito……ci vado da quasi 40 anni ed è semplicemente il migliore in assoluto! Da provare arachidi e doppia panna (normale e al caffè) dire divino è poco…..il bar mantiene sempre il suo fascino retró un po’ anni 70 ma è particolare anche per quello,così oltre a mangiare un ottimo gelato fate contemporaneamente anche un viaggio nel tempo,che chiedere di più? Bar Turismo…..il top!!!!!!!
